By using pt899, you represent and warrant that you have full legal capacity to enter into this agreement. You are not legally prohibited from gambling, have not been diagnosed with a gambling addiction (or if previously diagnosed, have completed treatment and obtained professional clearance), and are acting on your own behalf (not as an agent or representative of another person or entity).
Each Player is permitted one (1) Account only. Multiple accounts per person, household, IP address, or device are strictly forbidden. Discovery of duplicate accounts will result in suspension of all related accounts, voiding of all bets, and forfeiture of balances. Only the first registered Account will be considered valid.
During registration, you must provide accurate, complete, and current personal information, including your full legal name (as it appears on your KTP / Indonesian National Identity Card), date of birth, residential address in Indonesia, valid email address, and active mobile phone number. Providing false or misleading information is a material breach of these Terms and grounds for immediate Account termination.
pt899 operates a mandatory KYC (Know Your Customer) verification process. You will be required to submit clear, legible copies of your Indonesian National Identity Card (KTP), proof of address (utility bill or bank statement dated within the last three months), and a selfie photograph holding your KTP. Verification typically takes 1-24 hours. Accounts that fail to complete KYC verification within 30 days of registration may be suspended. High-value withdrawals (above Rp 10,000,000) require completed KYC verification.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account login credentials (username and password). You must not share your password with any third party. pt899 will never request your password via email, phone, or any communication channel. Any activity conducted under your Account is your responsibility. If you suspect unauthorized access, notify pt899 support immediately via email ([email protected]) or live chat.
pt899 accepts deposits via the following Indonesian payment methods: BCA (Bank Central Asia), BRI (Bank Rakyat Indonesia), BNI (Bank Negara Indonesia), Mandiri (Bank Mandiri), CIMB Niaga, Bank Permata, and e-wallets including OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, and LinkAja. Minimum deposit is Rp 50,000. Maximum single deposit is Rp 100,000,000. Deposits are typically credited within 5 minutes during banking hours. pt899 does not charge deposit fees; however, your bank or e-wallet provider may impose transaction charges.
Withdrawals must be made to a verified bank account or e-wallet registered in your name (matching your KYC documents). Minimum withdrawal is Rp 100,000. Maximum daily withdrawal is Rp 100,000,000 for verified accounts, Rp 10,000,000 for unverified accounts. Standard withdrawal processing time is 1-24 hours for verified accounts. Withdrawals to BCA, BRI, BNI, and Mandiri are prioritized. First-time withdrawals require additional identity confirmation and may take up to 48 hours.
All deposits must be wagered at least one (1) time (1x rollover) before withdrawal is permitted. This requirement exists to prevent money laundering and applies to both deposited funds and any winnings derived from those funds. Bonus funds are subject to separate, higher wagering requirements as specified in the applicable bonus terms (typically 5x to 30x depending on the promotion).
pt899 strictly complies with international anti-money laundering (AML) standards. We reserve the right to request source-of-funds documentation (payslips, bank statements, business income records) for high-value deposits or unusual transaction patterns. Suspicious activity will be reported to relevant authorities. Accounts involved in money laundering or other financial crimes will be permanently closed and funds seized.
All bets are subject to acceptance by pt899. We reserve the right to refuse, limit, or void any wager without providing justification. Once a bet is confirmed and a transaction ID is issued, it is considered accepted and cannot be canceled by the Player (except where explicitly permitted by the specific game rules, such as cash-out functionality on pre-match football bets). pt899's records of bet placement, settlement, and outcome are final and binding in all disputes.
Sports bets are settled based on the official result declared by the governing sports body (FIFA for football, BWF for badminton, FIM for MotoGP, etc.). Bets on abandoned, postponed, or canceled matches are generally voided and stakes refunded, except where the outcome has already been determined or where specific sport-specific rules apply. Results are displayed on pt899.cam within 15 minutes of the official announcement. Winning bets are credited automatically. In the rare event of a disputed result, pt899 will conduct an investigation and settle bets according to the officially confirmed outcome. Live casino games (baccarat, blackjack, roulette, etc.) and online slots are provided by third-party game studios including Evolution Gaming, Pragmatic Play, PG Soft, NetEnt, and others. Each game is governed by its own specific rules displayed within the game interface. Return-to-Player (RTP) percentages are certified by independent auditors and published on our site. pt899 does not control game outcomes — all results are determined by certified Random Number Generators (RNG) or live dealers under studio supervision.

Bonus abuse (creating multiple accounts to claim multiple welcome bonuses, coordinated betting with other users, low-risk betting strategies designed solely to clear wagering requirements) will result in bonus forfeiture and potential Account suspension.
Unless otherwise stated, all bonuses are subject to wagering requirements (rollover) before any winnings can be withdrawn. Standard wagering requirement is 10x (bonus + deposit) for sports betting bonuses and 30x bonus amount for casino bonuses. Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements — typically, slots contribute 100%, live casino contributes 10%, and sports bets at odds below 1.50 contribute 0%. While clearing bonus wagering requirements, maximum bet limits apply. Typically, the maximum bet per spin or wager is Rp 50,000 for slots and Rp 250,000 for sports bets when using bonus funds. We are not responsible for the performance, availability, or accuracy of these third-party services. Any disputes with third-party providers must be resolved directly with them.
pt899 reserves the right to suspend or terminate your Account immediately, without prior notice, if you: (a) breach any provision of these Terms; (b) provide false or misleading information during registration or KYC; (c) engage in fraudulent activity, collusion, or bonus abuse; (d) are found to be under 21 years of age; (e) access the platform from a restricted jurisdiction; (f) engage in money laundering or other illegal activity; (g) use automated betting software (bots) or attempt to exploit system vulnerabilities.
You may close your Account at any time by contacting [email protected]. Upon closure, you must withdraw any remaining balance. pt899 reserves the right to retain records of your Account and transaction history for a period of seven (7) years for compliance and auditing purposes.
Upon termination (whether voluntary or involuntary), all pending bets will be settled according to their respective rules. Any remaining balance in a closed Account due to breach of Terms may be forfeited. You agree not to create a new Account after termination without express written permission from pt899.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which pt899 is licensed and operates. Any matters not expressly covered by these Terms shall be interpreted in accordance with general principles of fairness and industry best practices.
In the event of any dispute between you and pt899, you agree to first contact our customer support team ([email protected]) to seek an amicable resolution. Most disputes can be resolved quickly through our internal review process. If the dispute cannot be resolved through support, you agree to submit the matter to binding arbitration. pt899's records of transactions, bet history, and Account activity shall constitute prima facie evidence in any dispute.
You agree to resolve disputes with pt899 on an individual basis only. You waive any right to participate in a class action lawsuit or class-wide arbitration against pt899.
